Domestic Violence

Domestic Violence is a pattern of behavior where one person uses different tactics to dominate and control another person. The abuser establishes a position of power, and uses that  power to control the person being abused. Domestic Violence encompasses different forms of abuse some of which are physical abuse, emotional abuse, financial abuse and sexual abuse. The abuser uses fear, intimidation and isolation to gain control.
